Where are the sauces made or who makes them.

Hello thank you for the reply, I have had time to try the three sauces I purchased , I am incredibly impressed by the freshness and the flavour of the ingredients.. They do not have that overbearing preservative vinegar taste that a lot of manufacturers put in their Chili sauce which is overpowering. I like the way the tomatoes are mostly chopped small rather than pureed. The sauces reminds me of home made salsa with fresh natural ingredients which is a good thing and very original unlike many other brands of mass produced sauce.

Hi, Gawain. Thanks for your comment and your recent order. All my sauces are produced in an industry certified commercial kitchen in Hampshire, in the PO postcode area of Portsmouth. Each batch I cook yields circa 450 bottles each flavours are hand-crafted from start to finish. All five of the sauces in my range are still based on the original recipes I developed in my home kitchen back in 2015 and are now proudly stocked in over 130 independent outlets across the South of England.
